The Well
We have a thriving student ministry that is looking for its next full-time leader! Our 7th–12th grade ministry, The Well, sees around 70 students every Sunday night and over 100 students throughout the course of a month. The Well’s mission statement is "From the Well to the World," based on the story of Jesus and the woman at the well in John 4.
On a weekly basis, you can expect to find a group of students hungry for worship, sound teaching, small group time, and, of course, tons of fun! We also have a growing Sunday morning ministry called Diversion, designed for 5th and 6th grade students.
Sycamore is seeking the right candidate to take over as its new Student Pastor, overseeing the entire direction and ministry for students in grades 5–12. The ideal candidate will have a deep personal relationship with Jesus, along with a passion for preaching, discipleship, and seeing this generation change the world.
